Fabiola: I wonder what movement is attached to your dream? What solution is attached to your talent? What answer is hidden inside the thing you keep refusing to share? I wonder whose life could be changed by the dream you keep postponing? Whose life could be saved by the very thing you were still afraid to begin? I wonder There is something you know how to do. Something you have been caring for years. You may not talk about it often. You may have hidden it so well that the people around you have no idea it exists. But you know. You know there is something inside of you that has not been given the opportunity to breed. And perhaps. You have convinced yourself that you are waiting for the right moment. More experience, more confidence, more confirmation. But what if the thing you're calling preparation is really fear, asking for more time? I often tell you this is not a motivational podcast, and I mean that. Because I cannot tell you how many hours of motivational videos I watched while remaining in the exact same place. I listened to speeches, I saved quotes, I wrote down ideas, I imagine what my life would look like once I finally began. But none of that motivation moved me. It made me feel good temporarily. It made me believe I was getting closer. but listening is not movement. Planning is not movement. Thinking about what you could become is not the same as participating in your becoming. no motivational speech could make me get up and do the thing I had already decided was too frightening to do. That decision had to come from me. Back in 2020, the idea of this podcast was there. The desire was there. But so was fear. And for years, Fear sat right beside the dream and spoke louder than it. Fear told me that I was not qualified. Fear told me nobody would listen. Fear told me many things. It told me it needed a better equipment, a larger audience, and a more impressive introduction. Fear made delay sound so intelligent. It made waiting sound responsible. And you know the story. I believed it But we already talked about what keeps us waiting. Season one give those things names: fear, procrastination, perfection, the endless need for permission. We looked them in the face. We understood how they worked. We recognized the stories they used to keep us still. At some point, knowing has to become doing. the conversation has to change. So I am not asking you to spend another season studying your fear. No. I am asking you to consider what happens after you recognize it. What do you build now? What do you begin? What evidence will exist because you finally participated? Because your dream does not need another explanation. It needs your involvement. There is something almost deceptive about inspiration, and I'll share that with you. it can make you feel as though something has happened simply because something moved inside of you. You feel encouraged. You feel seen, you feel ready. And then the episode ends. The video stops. The book closes. The music stopped. And your life remains exactly where it is. That is why this podcast cannot only be a podcast you listen to. It has to become a conversation you answer. Not with words, with movement. And that is my dream. Maybe the movement is small. An email? A phone call? The name of the business written somewhere other than your imagination. Maybe it is finally saying aloud what you have spent years quietly rehearsing. Small does not mean insignificant. The first evidence of change is rarely impressive. It is simply proof that you are no longer standing where fear left you. When I finally started this podcast, there was no dramatic transformation. The room did not change. The fear did not disappear. I simply pressed record. That was it. But that one decision, give tomorrow something to build on. And that is what participation does. It gives your future evidence that you were here. That you tried. That you stopped asking fear to approve a life it was never qualified to lead. I know many of you listening have something burning inside of you. You have something to say. You have a business to begin. A book to write. A gift to use. People to lead. And I know you are capable. but capability to never participate eventually began to feel like regret. To this season, I do not want us to keep asking whether we are ready. I want us to ask different questions. What can I do with what I have today? Not someday. Not when the fear leaves. Today. Just so you know, I still have conversation with fear. but lately, I have been doing most of the speaking. and the last time Fear tried to remind me of who I used to be, I introduced it to the evidence of who I am becoming. The podcast. The pages. The work. The fact that I began. And I think fear understood. It may not be gone, but it no longer has the final word. Now what will you leave evidence of? I'll see you soon.
